JLM Immigration and Consular Access Supplement

The Immigration and Consular Access Supplement is a 110-page supplement to the main JLM containing information about the immigration consequences of criminal convictions for people who are not U.S. citizens, as well as information about how citizens of countries outside the U.S. can access their countries' consulates.

If you are ordering the JLM for an institution or for an individual who is not incarcerated, please select the "For institutions" option. 

If you are incarcerated, or if you are ordering the JLM for an incarcerated person, please select the "For incarcerated people" option. Please follow the special instructions below to make sure your order can be processed.

***SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERS FOR INCARCERATED PEOPLE***

In the "name" portion of the shipping address please include your or your loved one's "inmate identification number." In the "company" box please include the full name of the facility. In the address portion include the facility's book/package mailing address.

 

In the "comment" box please include any special mail rules for the facility. ​The JLM mails all packages using USPS. If you need shipment using a different mail carrier, please let the JLM know in the "comment" section.
